About Coorvia
Coorvia is a business activity coordination (CAE) platform that lets the hiring company know which documents are missing and who can enter its site or workplace today, without its contractors having to pay for it.
Who is behind it
Coorvia is a project by Omar Perez Ciurana, a self-employed professional based in Sant Celoni (Barcelona), who designs, builds and maintains it. It launched in October 2026. The owner’s full details are in the legal notice (in Spanish).
Coorvia is not a prevention service and does not replace an occupational health and safety technician: it is a tool to request, review and keep coordination documents. Each company makes its health and safety decisions with its own prevention service.
What we want to solve
- Contractors should not pay to comply. The duty to monitor lies with the hiring company; that is why in Coorvia it pays and suppliers join for free.
- Each document should be uploaded once. The contractor keeps its documents just once and submits them to all its clients.
- Everyone should know who can enter today. Per worker and per contract, with the reason when something is missing.
- What can be checked should be checked automatically. The AEAT certificate for contractors and the RNT (monthly social security list of workers) are read and validated on upload.
- Sensitive data should not pile up. From those documents Coorvia keeps only the data it checks, not the file, and data is hosted in the European Union.
How we write our guides
Coorvia’s guides are for information and are written by the Coorvia team; for example, Royal Decree 171/2004 explained links every article it cites in the BOE. To make them reliable we follow these rules:
- Primary sources. We start from the consolidated text of the regulations in the BOE (Spain’s Official State Gazette) and the technical documents of the National Institute for Safety and Health at Work (INSST), and we link every regulation we cite, with the specific article whenever possible.
- Visible date. Each guide shows when it was last updated. We review it when the regulations change or when we spot a mistake.
- No credentials we do not have. The guides are not signed by a health and safety technician because none reviews them today. If that changes, we will say so on each guide with their name and qualification.
- Declared conflict of interest. When we compare CAE platforms we say so up front, because Coorvia is one of them, and we only use what each vendor publishes on its website, with the date we checked it.
- Corrections. If you find a mistake or something has changed, write to us at hola@coorvia.app and we will fix it.
- Translations. The guides are written in Spanish and we translate them into Catalan and English. The regulations we cite link to the BOE, in Spanish.
The guides do not replace advice from your prevention service or from an employment law professional.
